It has been both an honor and a pleasure to work with you all on our goals and with our NFC Constitution. 

Let me take a moment to express my confidence in the ability of Ted Stratton to carry on with the NFC and to give it an even greater measure of vigor.  There are few people in this world that I would rate higher than Ted, when it comes to honesty, sincerity, and depth of feeling as regards the mission of the NFC as stated in our founding documents.

It is my belief that he will be a fine moderator for our group and that our future discussions will be even more productive than ever before. In solidarity and in hope for the future to bring our best efforts ...

On June 7th,The Senate just failed to "invoke cloture" on the Bush-Kennedy
amnesty bill for the second time today. The final vote was 45-50.  The amnesty bill was defeated.

However, Bush and the Amnesty Senators are now preparing to bring the Bush-Kennedy Amnesty bill back for a vote immediately.

On June 10th, Commerce Secretary Gutierrez said the administration is "more determined than ever" to pass amnesty and Tony Snow added that the Senate "could wrap this up in two days." Now, Bush has scheduled a meeting with Senate Republicans on Tuesday to plan strategy and Majority Leader Reid is saying he is ready to move the bill to a vote.

They are ignoring the American people's wish.  We need to continue taking crucial actions:

Action Item #1 -- Call Your Senators and the White House and tell them to "Back Off"!
   
The amnesty-for-all-lobby is working overtime to build support for their open borders, amnesty for illegals agenda. Our only hope at stopping this runaway train is having citizens like you calling your Senators and demanding they say "NO" to amnesty legislation, and "YES" to secured borders!

We urge you to join with us in sending a strong message to our key leaders: "Stop the Illegal Immigration Invasion". You can find all of the phone numbers you need for the Senate and tips to help with your calls here.
